Frequently asked questions
Inner strength is your ability to stay connected to yourself when life gets loud. Traditionally, it can mean mental power or endurance; things like courage, willpower, self-confidence, and self-discipline. In my work, it also means being able to come back to yourself when stress, fear, or self-doubt start pulling you away.Inner Strength Coaching is for when you know what you want, or know something needs to change, but stress, fear, self-doubt keep getting in the way. We look at what happens to you under pressure, what tends to pull you away from yourself, and what helps you come back to clarity and choice. From there, we build practical tools, self-trust, and the ability to follow through even when something feels uncomfortable.Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment, and I don’t diagnose or treat mental-health conditions.
No. Therapy and coaching can complement each other, but they serve different roles. My work focuses on present-day patterns, self-awareness, regulation skills, goals, and practicing how you want to respond and move forward. I do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. If something comes up that would be better supported by a licensed mental-health professional, I’ll be honest about that.
Coaching gives you space to get clear on what you want, understand what’s getting in the way, and create a path forward that feels like yours. We can work on goal setting, decision-making, confidence, boundaries, follow-through, or any area where you feel ready for something to change but aren’t sure how to move forward.
A Breakthrough Session is a complimentary one-hour coaching session, and the first step to working with me. You’ll complete a short intake beforehand so I can come in with context, and then we’ll spend the hour getting clearer on what’s keeping you stuck, noticing patterns, reconnecting with what you want next, and identifying at least one meaningful step forward. If continuing together makes sense, we’ll talk about that at the end.
If we both feel like it’s a good fit, I’ll recommend the kind of support I think makes the most sense based on what we uncovered. You’ll have time to review your coaching agreement before making any payment. Once your agreement and payment are complete, I’ll send your welcome materials and private scheduling link.
No, I don't take insurance because coaching is not considered a medical service. However, some clients use HSA/FSA funds for wellness coaching; check with your provider to see if you're eligible. I do offer flexible payment options, and those depend on the coaching experience you choose. If a payment plan would make ongoing coaching more accessible, we can talk through the available options together..
